Venue Setup
Because we manage the entire process in-house—from booth design to construction—we are able to create a cohesive design with a consistent concept. We carefully consider practical on-site details such as brand presentation, meeting space layout, and staff flow, optimizing the setup to ensure smooth operations on the event day.
Event Staffing (Operations Staff & Interpreters)
In addition to operational staff for reception, visitor guidance, attendee assistance, and event coordination, we can also arrange interpreters as needed to ensure smooth on-site operations. Based on the purpose of the event, the expected audience, and the scale of the venue, we carefully assign experienced staff and design the on-site structure, including role allocation and operational flow for the event day.
Exhibition Representation
For companies that are unable to attend exhibitions or events in person, we provide exhibition representation services, handling on-site operations on their behalf. During the event, we record and organize visitor feedback and inquiries, and after the exhibition we provide detailed reports and handover support to facilitate follow-up in accordance with Japanese business practices.
Business Follow-up Support
We provide careful support for the practical aspects of business follow-up, including organizing meeting notes and business card information, arranging follow-up communications, preparing necessary materials, and coordinating future meetings. Taking cultural and communication differences into account, we ensure that follow-up is conducted at the appropriate timing and in a respectful and professional manner.
